Renovated 100m2 apartment on the mezzanine, with parquet flooring and French ceilings, can accommodate 6 people, in two bedrooms and an alcove-style living room with a sofa bed (double bed). Located in an area with many shops and restaurants, between two metro stations, Foch and Masséna (250m). Bakery at the foot of the building, close to the Bernachon and Tourtiller chocolatiers and pastry chefs, the Paul Bocuse halls, Part Dieu, railway and shopping center and the Parc de la Tête d'Or. The apartment has central heating and mobile air conditioning, double glazing on the windows with shutters and curtains. Wi Fi, Orange television, Canal+ Séries. Dining room with table for 6 people, expandable to 10 place settings and SMEG equipped kitchen, exposed stone and central island. Tiled bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. Pets are welcome at no additional charge. A Concierge, Mr Pascal Bernard, will welcome you to hand over the keys, will give you useful explanations on how the apartment works and will be there for your departure. He can pick you up at the Part Dieu train station if necessary, show you available parking, provide information on Lyon public transport, shops and restaurants. Meals can also be ordered through him if necessary as well as taking care of your pet.

Great Stay and Place

The property delivered exactly what was promised in the listing, and the pictures accurately depicted the unit. The location was ideal for exploring Lyon. Situated in the heart of the city, it offered easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was exceptional. Always available to answer questions, they were attentive and eager to ensure that my stay was pleasant. Their hospitality greatly enhanced the overall experience.I would highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to Lyon. Lovely apartment, perfect location

This apartment is spacious, light and quiet. The details of the architecture and fireplaces give it a lot of character. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked.The location could not have been better on the first weekend of spring! It was easy to walk to the Parc de la Tête d'Or, which is beautiful. It's also close to the river and we loved running along the river path. This was a wonderful weekend in a city that feels like mini-Paris. The bakery next door had the best chocolate croissants I've ever had, and everything about the VRBO experience was smooth and easy.
