This lovely, functional typically French 37m² apartment is located in the heart of Lyon's 6th arrondissement, in a beautiful building on the 4th floor with an elevator.
It combines old-world charm with its parquet floors, woodwork, and large windows, a cozy sleeping alcove, and all modern amenities.
The living room is bright thanks to its large windows overlooking the street, yet quiet. You'll enjoy an HD TV, a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and a lovely alcove (which can be closed) with a comfortable 140x190 double bed and a large adjoining walk-in closet to store your clothes.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dining table. The good-sized bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

The apartment is equipped with a fast and efficient fiber optic Wi-Fi connection.
