The staff was staff was condescending and rude. And when I called them out the gaslit me. I speak 3 languages and understand 5, french happens not to be one. I understand in France french is spoken but you can try. The front desk jerk even laughed at me in front of my children. When I called him out more gaslighting. I was able to teach my children how not to behave and will use this experience to help train my 1,200 employees in the US on empathetic ways to work with customers.

I was looking for a place close to the station. This was it. I was surprised by the friendly staff at check-in. Then i was even more surprised by the beautiful and comfortable room. Finally, breakfast was truly a delicious surprise. Service was excellent. If I go back to Lyon, I'll stay here.

What a great hotel this turned out to be. We were travelling from Interlaken to Toulouse and decided to break up the train ride with a night in Lyon. Our room was quiet, beautifully updated, clean, MODERN and comfortable. The lighting was super sexy lol. Did I mention that the hotel is right next to the train station? For dinner we wandered across to the Westfield mall and enjoyed a great meal. Choose from one of the 46 restaurants there! Ridiculous! 😂

Great location and new property. Downside was that the tap in the bathroom sink kept spraying water if we turned it on and got our clothes wet when we used it. We told concierge about this issue and they promised that someone would come to fix it the next morning, but no one did. The issue was not fixed at all when we left. Poor maintenance experience.

A very comfortable hotel with great security and service at the front desk. Attached to the Gare Par Dieu but totally quiet. The attendant, Jack, helped us get to a pharmacy replace a lost medication and saved us such a hassle! We highly recommend!

The hotel is centrally located, just by the station. The rooms are great, nice quality and spacious. We found staff to be friends friendly and helpful, and when we had a small issue with one member of staff, the manager managed to resolve the problem very quickly. Has good bike storage facilities. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is adjacent to Gare Lyon Part-Dieu, which was our primary reason for choice. Outstanding hotel – every detail was designed to accommodate travelers’ needs, from the shower, sink, plugs, lighting and the best bed in two weeks travel in France! Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were attentive and friendly – well-trained in customer service. Due to rain storms, we decided to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, and had a very good dinner of Caesar salads with chicken. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices including fried eggs and pancakes.
