You will stay in total calm, close to the metro and shops. Enjoy the place up to 4 people. Ideal for a tourist stay in the discovery of Lyon, a professional trip a romantic weekend.
You will enjoy the tranquility and comfort of this tiny cosy 35m² independent house.

On the ground floor: a fully-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilets.
On the 1st floor: a cosy living room with an HD TV, a comfortable 140x190 sofa bed, and a desk for working.
On the second floor, a cosy mezzanine (attic, maximum ceiling height 2m) : a nice 140*190 double bed.

We provide you with basic products (some coffee pods, tea, rice, pasta...). Fiber WIFI available. Sheets and towels are included.

The apartment is equipped with a safe keybox for an independent self-checkin from 3PM on. Checkout is up to 11AM maximum.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).


According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
