A wonderful ground floor apartment less than a mile from the beautiful sand beach of St Annes.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Private parking for 1 car, additional on road parking nearby. No smoking.. This charming block of three holiday apartments can be found in the beautiful seaside town of St Annes, on the wonderful Fylde coast in Lancashire. Less than a mile from the golden sands and iconic colourful beach huts, the location is superb with an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. Each of the apartments were newly renovated in 2023 and are well-equipped with all the modern amenities that you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Lytham St Annes is a vibrant and picturesque town with plenty of attractions and events to keep you entertained during your stay.
The famous Lytham Festival takes place annually in July and features a fantastic line-up of music acts from all over the world. If you’re a fan of outdoor activities, you can enjoy a round of golf at one of the many courses in the area or take a stroll along the seafront promenade, which boasts stunning views of the Irish Sea. For those who love history, there are many fascinating local landmarks to explore, such as Lytham Hall, a Grade I listed building set in beautiful parkland, and St Annes Pier, which has stood proudly for over a century. You can also visit the Lytham Windmill, a Grade II listed building that dates back to 1805 and is now a popular museum.
If you’re looking for a fun-filled family day out, then the glitz and glamour of Blackpool is just a short drive away, offering a variety of attractions, such as the Blackpool Tower, Pleasure Beach, and the world-renowned Illuminations.
