This gorgeous maisonette sleeps 5 people and with the use of the sofa bed can accommodate 7. It’s the perfect location within 1 minutes Walk to some fantastic bars and resteraunts
and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach .
It has been newly refurbished to an exquisite high standard. Pippin Lodge is the height of luxury, with a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a hall including a washroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It looks out onto Lytham’s vibrant town center and down towards the seafront.

Everywhere was so clean & beautiful. A very modern accommodation and very comfortable. It was situated right by the Main Street everywhere in walking distance. I would certainly recommend this property & will be booking again.
