Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is incredibly tiny, comfortable bed but the worst pillow imaginable. There is little room for privacy when you use the bathroom.

Overall good place to stay when working In Maastricht. A little noisy at night with groups hanging around the front of the train station.

This is a gem of a hotel, with modern and quirkily decorated rooms. One of the main reasons I liked it so much was the outdoor courtyard (they call it a roof deck but it feels more like a courtyard) where I could chill with a book and a bottle of wine. Friendly staff rounded out the experience.
