Our spacious, shady backyard is your personal lakeside paradise. You'll love the:
• Elevated back deck with dining for up to ten, plus comfortable rocking chairs for four under two outdoor fans.
• Lakeside fire pit with seating for eight, perfect for evening conversations.
• Private boat dock with an extended walkway stretching over 90 feet into the water, featuring a party deck, two relaxing swings, and a cooling fan.
• Outdoor toy shack stocked with four kayaks, a Lilypad, cornhole, spikeball and croquet.
• Convenient outdoor summer shower for rinsing off after a swim.

Indoor Comfort & Entertainment:
Step inside to an open-concept living space where panoramic lake views stretch from the dining room to the living room. The home is thoughtfully designed for groups:
• The living room comfortably seats nine, while the dining area seats ten, with four additional seats at a lake view bar table.
• A well-stocked and labeled kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze.
• The downstairs game room features a smart TV, ping pong, air hockey, and a closet full of family board games and puzzles.
• Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy the convenience of an in-house washer and dryer. A dedicated workspace is also available.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• The home features three charming upstairs bedrooms, each with its own vanity area. Two bedrooms include quiet reading nooks, and the primary has a smart TV.
• The downstairs game room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa and a lockable door for privacy.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, the full property, and all listed amenities for the duration of their booking. This includes the private boat dock, backyard, and all indoor spaces.

Interaction With Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance.

Other Details to Note:
• Property Layout: Please be aware that this is a charming cottage-style home. All three primary bedrooms and a full bathroom are located upstairs, as well as one full bathroom downstairs. Some areas may have low-angled ceilings.
• Security: For your safety and the protection of our property, exterior security cameras are located at the front door and overlook the driveway, backyard, side entry, and boat dock. These record 24/7. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the house.
• Boat & PWC Policy: You may bring your own V-hull boat (up to 24' and under 6,000 pounds) or Jet Ski. A signed Dock Usage Agreement and proof of Boater's Liability Insurance are required prior to arrival. Due to our insurance liability, rental boats or jet skis are not permitted for use with our dock.
• Lake Levels: Our location on a point means we typically enjoy water under our dock even when coves dry up. However, water levels can fluctuate due to weather. Guests assume all responsibility for monitoring lake levels for their watercraft.
• City Permit: STR Permit # 24-000008

This spectacular home was better than any online description/photos. Walking in, the space was spotless with incredible views immediately. Decor created such a great ambience and we were in love immediately. The owners put so much thought into this home…they didn’t miss a thing and even provided more than we ever expected. The home was spacious with great outdoor space as well. Homeowner’s were so responsive, which was really appreciated. We had the best time and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful property on Cedar Creek

We had a fantastic stay at Pecan Point on Cedar Creek. The charming house is situated beautifully on a little point, giving you wide-open views of the lake and the 2 bird islands across the lake. Make sure to take the host-provided binoculars out with you when you sit on the back porch because the ducks and waterbirds will give you a great show every day. We could have happily lived on that back porch with beautiful shade trees overhead and great lake views. Be aware that the Cedar Creek Parkway bridge is in your view to the north, with a little accompanying road noise, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment at all. The king bed upstairs was very comfortable, as was the living room. The upstairs bathroom and shower is not for the claustrophobic, but having two full bathrooms in a house this size is really convenient. The kitchen is really well labeled, you'll find everything you need. The HVAC and fireplace worked really well, as did the living room television. We didn't get out into the water because it was the last cool weekend of spring, but the dock seems set up really well, and there is a metal ladder so you could step down from the shore into the water to float, or into one of the host-provided kayaks. We'll have to do that next time we come in the summer! No matter what time of year you come, you'll love the sunsets. The adirondack chairs around the firepit by the water is the perfect viewing spot. I would recommend a stay at Pecan Point!

Best dock on the lake

Stayed with a friend to enjoy time just unwinding. We ended up spending basically two days on the dock, which is probably the best location you could imagine. Almost nothing blocking your view of the water No matter where you turn. We floated, read books in the swings, got some sun, went to the house to get food, and came back to the dock to do it all over again and again… We ended up calling them “dock days.” House was impeccably clean. Furniture and beds very comfortable, the shed with all the toys was neat and tidy, not all covered in spiderwebs. Everything labeled and organized and in good shape. We both agreed this house was a “keeper” and will probably visit again!

Amazing property, perfect setting for a weekend away from the real world… Fishing, Kayaking, Ping-Pong Tourney, Campfire + S’mores all without ever having to put on our shoes or start the car! great lake house

This is a beautiful lakehouse. The views of the lake are fantastic. The boat dock is like sitting in a little house in the middle of the lake. The lake was low when we were there, but the location of this house made that no big deal. There is still plenty of water in front of the house for fishing, swimming and beautiful views. It is also very quiet. It is also pretty easy to find. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable, (firm beds) with an assortment of pillow choices. Plenty of towels, and amentites. My family enjoyed the game room with foosball & ping pong. The living room is comfortable for tv watching and lounging. Large, beautiful trees in the backyard. It was super hot while we were there, so we didn't use the fire pit, but it is adorable. We kayaked, used the lily pad, and swam. Everything is in great working condition.
