We’re so happy to host you! Our home is in a quiet, laid-back neighborhood, so we’re not able to accommodate parties, events, or groups larger than 4. To make sure the space is a good fit, we may ask a few quick questions during the booking process. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, the exterior of the property is monitored 24/7. These guidelines help us protect the home and preserve the calm, peaceful feel of the neighborhood.
★FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD NOTE: CHICKENS★
Some of our neighbors have free-range chickens that may wander nearby. Please don’t touch, chase, or disturb them if they come onto the property. We appreciate your kindness and respect toward our neighbors and their animals—thank you!
★PARKING★
- Our driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles (depending on size).
- Please park in the driveway only—no parking on the grass or on neighboring property.
- Street parking is very limited in our area, so unfortunately we can’t accommodate more than 4 cars.
- Boat trailer parking may be available upon request—just message us in advance.
★FRONT DOOR LOCK★
- You’ll receive a unique door code once the full balance for your stay has been processed, so check-in is easy and contact-free.
★OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS★
- For the safety of our guests, the home, and the neighborhood, we have exterior-only security cameras that continuously record audio and video.
- There are **no cameras or recording devices inside** the home—your privacy indoors is completely protected.
