This large, double fronted Victorian house is situated in the pretty coastal town of Sutton-on-Sea just 2 minutes walk from the beach. With its own garden with a private hot tub and games room, it provides the ideal holiday base for any family wishing to explore. Mablethorpe, just 4 miles has ‘Kids Adventure World’ ideal visit for those wet days whilst Skegness just 12 miles, has entertainments for all ages with Europe’s biggest classic ferris wheel, Hardy’s animal farm and Natureland Seal Sanctuary to name a few. Well positioned for towns such as Alford, Horncastle, Lincoln and Boston which are all within easy access. There are castles, country houses, windmills and market towns to explore as well as walking or cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or follow the World War II Bomber trail steeped in aviation history. Links golf course 1 mile. Shops and pub 100 yards.

Needs updating

The property is big enough but needs some TLC. The cleaning was not up to scratch and was definitely not completed prior to our arrival. The jot tub is great but again we had to request this to be cleaned. The shower is a poor standard and ideally needs another shower room for such a large house. Tge outside needs clearing. The outside furniture was broken and the games room looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. For future visitors I would recommend clear guidance on where the car can be parked as we had complaints from the neighbours who gave contradictory info to what is stated on the property info. We loved the area just wont return to this property, which is a shame.
