New listing at Golden Sands Holiday Park in Mablethorpe. 500 feet from beautiful beach. The caravan offer comfortable accommodation for 8 people (1 double bed, 4 single beds, 1 double sofa-bed). Caravan is located in quiet area but very close to restaurants and both swimming pools indoor and outdoor heated pools also close to the mini supermarket, Launderette, and Bar that is on holiday park. Located of the Lincolnshire coast with beautiful sandy beach that is just across the road. Escape into nature and explore all that it has to offer. Holiday Park offer many activities which require additional charges or pre booking. There's everything that family need just to name a few: entertainment for children and adults, amusement Arcade, the Jump, Adventure Village, climbing Wall, bike hire, fishing nearby, kids klub and nearby Seal Sanctuary!! Mablethorpe offer a donkey ride, Arcades, shops and restaurants/pubs also Skegness, Louth, Boston are within 30mins. Complex is dogs friendly.

As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, coffee machine with coffee, chocolate, milk pods and a microwave.
The caravan is a perfect for relax and offers a 43inch smart TV and free internet access.

This chalet has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the second bedroom, there is two single beds.
In the next bedroom, there is two single beds.
The living room contains a double sofa-bed.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink.

Linen, small soap, complementary toilet paper are included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am (for any unauthorised check-in or check-out Fee of £100 will apply)
- swimming pool and other activities at Golden Sands Haven Holiday Park are not free and it's need to be purchased separately to the accommodation. Please speak directly to Golden Sands reception in regards to day passes for all activities including swimming pool.
- Smoking is not allowed.

- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Electric cars can be charged at the Park
- Pets are allowed at the property Only with one off fee £40 paid separately. Please clean after your pets and don't leave pets in the caravan.

- Important Note: before entering Golden Sands, Host will reqired Registration number of the vehicle that will enter holiday park and names of all guests.
