🌿 Rustic Retreat on Our Lincolnshire Smallholding
🛏️ IMPORTANT NOTES: Guests MUST bring their own bedding and towels and smoking is STRICTLY prohibited inside and outside the property due to the increase risk of fire presented.

Escape to our peaceful smallholding for a unique, soul-nourishing stay. Wake to birdsong, stroll with ponies, and enjoy the simple pleasures of rural life. Ideal for travellers craving nature and tranquillity.

🚐 About the Caravan
Lovingly renovated vintage caravan — cosy, and full of charm.
No central heating. Electric heaters & hot water bottles provided.
Small Air fryer provided for cooking with toaster and hob and cooker. Working fridge so everything you need for 1 or 2 people to make it comfortable
No Wi-Fi or TV – just horses grazing right outside.

🛌 Sleeping Arrangements
1 Double & 1 Twin bed (sleeps 2). Great for solo guests or friends — separate beds, ideal for a peaceful break or short escape.
Convertible bed/lounge space.
