O AP é bom, mas o prédio precisa de cuidados.

O apartamento é bom para um casal, espaçoso. O banheiro também é bom. A porta da sacada precisa de manutenção e a luz da entrada, onde é a "cozinha" é muito fraca. Falta um Cooktop para ficar mais confortável. A garagem é boa. Meu problema foi a piscina suja, não conseguimos usufruir, e sempre pesa na minha escolha a piscina. Conversando no sábado com uma moradora, ela TB estava indignada com a piscina suja, e iria reclamar com o síndico. A praia é linda, mas muito forte para banho, indicada para Surfista. O bairro onde fica é bonito, limpo e tranquilo, com opções de restaurante.
