Description chambre luxe, certainement pas. nous ne sommes même pas resté une nuit , nous avons pris nos bagages et sommes allés a un autre hotel. Bilan nous avons payer pour deux chambres pour 6 jours que nous n’avons pas occupés

Carnaval em Macaé!!!

No geral o Hotel é muito bom, tudo funciona muito bem: Ar Cond, Frigobar, Wifi, Elevadores. A única ressalva que faço é quanto aos itens para utilização que faltaram tais como: Microondas, Cofre e Secador outro ponto "negativo" foi o barulho excessivo dos carros vindo da pista que minha varanda fazia frente. Mas de uma forma geral eu indico o Hotel e retornaria sem problemas.

Fui para passar o ano novo e comprei meu pacote de viagem pelo Booking. Porem , comprei um quarto com vista para o mar, chegando lá as recepcionistas ( Carol , são duas Carol ) disseram que estava lotado e não tinha. Fiquei extremamente decepcionada, pois ficamos no quarto de frente pra rua, no qual não foi o que eu escolhi. Ainda pedi pra elas me informarem se iria vagar mas...sem sucesso! Café da manhã muito bom, quarto muito bom. Bem pertinho da praia! Vale a pena, mas ao comprar e reservar, exijam seus direitos, pois eu não tive o que fazer naquele momento.

Nunca imaginei que um hotel tão bem localizado pudesse ser tão avacalhado. Roupa de cama de péssima qualidade. Lençóis puídos de tão velhos. Travesseiros horrível. Cortina mofada. Ar condicionado sujo. Enfim, se vc preza a localização e não liga pra essas coisas ele é uma boa opção, mas se gosta de qualidade vai se decepcionar.

Hotel muito bom, porém lamentável a refeição!

Hotel Bom, atendimento das Sras. Carol & Fernanda excelentes, acomodação muito boa e bom Café da Manhã. Porém, o hotel tem um problema seríssimo. O restaurante do hotel é péssimo, oferecendo aos hóspedes comida queimada, seca e sem gosto a um valor de R$ 35 reais, totalmente incompatível com a qualidade do Hotel. Tive que passar a comer fora do hotel, devido a esse problema. É lamentável ver um hotel nessa qualidade oferecendo uma refeição de tão baixa qualidade para seus hóspedes.
