Attention to detail on maintenance required

A good hotel in good location, however starting to look dated, needs attention to maintain height standard. Cleaning service poor, missed on 2 days and we had to continually call to get room serviced. Pool area amenities, chairs, planting needs replacing, area cleaned. Reception area, repair work poor to painting, ceiling repairs and front door handles loose and needs repair.

Excelente estadia! Porém no check in, não foi autorizado a entrada no estacionamento na chegada ao hotel, tive que estacionar o carro na rua (não havia vaga), fazer o check in na recepção, voltar para o carro estacionar no estacionamento oferecido pelo hotel. Quando poderia ter entrado direto para o estacionamento, depois fazer o check in na recepção e entrado para o quarto.

Lê cofre de la chambre ne pas marché, nous avons demandé 3 jours défilée à la réception pour résoudre le problème mais rien n’était fait. Les couloirs de l’hôtel sont sales, pendant les trois semaines à l’hôtel personne a passé l’aspirateur. Les balcons était jamais nettoyé et les draps de lits était changé que deux fois pendant les trois semaines. À part ça le hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel le petit déjeuner est très bon, la localisation et plutôt bien pas loin de la plage et des restaurants. Nous avons profité bien de l’hôtel on espère juste que le ménage soit fait meilleur la prochaine fois. Muito obrigada

Hotel precisando de uma reforma, quarto amplo, porém antigo, a chave nao funcionava, a trava de segurança interna da porta estava quebrada, não tinha secador de cabelo no quarto, tive que descer para pegar, qdo peguei, o mesmo funcionou 2 minutos depois parou! Ar condicionado nao gela, ruim, antigo. Nao tinha papel higienico no banheiro, liguei 3x para pedir e ninguem levou! Nunca mais!

Macaé surpreende positivamente quem não a conheceu

A Praia dos Cavaleiros é muito bonita e a infraestrutura de bares, restaurantes e comércio em geral surpreende quem não conhece Macaé. O Hotel Mercure tem uma vista incrível para a praia, os funcionários são muito solícitos e simpáticos e o café da manhã é bom. A poderosa rede Accor, entretanto, deveria investir na manutenção do espaço, especialmente no interior dos quartos, pois os sinais de desgaste são bastante nítidos no mobiliário e no banheiro. Um último detalhe: do Mercure até a praia é preciso atravessar a Rodovia Amaral Peixoto e um quarteirão numa caminhada de menos de 10 minutos.
