Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Valeu o custo benefício, mas eles poderiam se preocupar com alguns detalhes que custam pouco e que fez com que a nossa experiência não fosse tão boa. A principal foi somente um travesseiro para cada um, pedimos outro, porque dormimos com dois travesseiros e disseram que não tinha. Fiquei com dores no pescoço por causa desse detalhe. Outro detalhe é não ter secador de cabelo. A ducha higiênica não tem, ítem essencial na vida de um ser humano... Rsss. São detalhes baratos e que fazer a diferença. Quanto a acomodação foi, ok. Funcionários ótimos. Bem localizado. Café da manhã, poderiam estender até às 11 horas, que está viajando para descansar, café terminando às 10 horas é muito cedo. De resto é tudo muito bom.

O quarto, apesar de pequeno, estava sempre limpo. No entanto, o ar-condicionado Split Springer, com a máquina na varanda, era extremamente barulhento, a ponto da minha esposa dormir com protetores auriculares (plug), o guarda-roupas não tinha um cabide sequer, o armário da pia do banheiro com as gavetas caindo, ou seja, para um Hotel Royal... é bem preocupante. O estacionamento no Hotel é extremamente apertado e um terreno na frente que é utilizado como garagem, se vc chegar um pouco mais tarde, provavelmente o seu carro dormirá na rua.

A experiência foi algo próximo de catastrófica. Reservei uma suíte luxo com banheira de hidromassagem, pretendendo fazer uma surpresa para minha esposa que adora banheira de hidromassagem. Logo que tentamos utilizar a banheira, no início da noite, verificamos que o sistema de hidromassagem não estava funcionando. Desci até a recepção para fazer a reclamação e solicitar reparo uma vez que o telefone do quarto também não funcionava sequer para interfonar. O funcionário que não se identificou (foi o da noite de 22-23/04/2026) disse o "pessoal da área técnica já foi embora" e ficou me olhando sem fornecer qualquer solução. Foi quando sugeri então que verificasse no sistema a disponibilidade de uma outra suíte com hidro para que fossemos transferidos. Identificou uma no mesmo andar. Entrou o cartão de acesso ao quarto. Ao tentar entrar, nada. Parecia estar trancado por dentro o quarto e ao esperarmos um pouco escutamos barulho de TV e pessoas no interior do quarto. Ao descer, o mesmo funcionário disse que se equivocou e nos realocou (no sistema) mais uma vez. Ao subirmos, o mesmo problema, quarto ocupado. Poderíamos ter acidentalmente ter entrado em um desses dois quartos e visto pessoas em sua intimidade, o que realmente quase aconteceu. Por fim desistimos e seguimos para o quarto de origem onde nossos objetos ainda estavam e ficamos por lá mesmo. Em momento algum da estadia foi oferecido reparo da banheira ou troca para um quarto disponível de fato. Lastimável.
