Located in the Los Pantanos de Montbarbat residential area in Maçanet de la Selva, surrounded by nature, you can enjoy tranquility without missing out on leisure: hiking trails, restaurants, and Lloret’s lively center are nearby.
The 210 m² house sits on a 1,300 m² garden with flowers and fruit trees. It offers a double barbecue, large stone table under a mulberry tree, basketball area, terrace with fig tree, outdoor shower, and toilet. In summer, a small private pool is set up, and just a few meters away you’ll find the communal pool, sports courts, tennis, ping pong, basketball, football, and a playground.
The spacious porch with arches, equipped year-round with thermal curtains and heaters, is perfect for celebrations. The living-dining room has a fireplace, sofas, and TV. There’s also a workspace and parking in the residential area.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and another bathroom. Upstairs, there’s a double bedroom, another with bunk beds for three, and the unique “Cave”—a former low-ceilinged rabbit hutch converted into a common room where up to 9 can sleep, a favorite spot for kids.
Important: Out of respect for neighbors, please keep quiet at night. Additional services are available upon request and for an extra fee: bed linen, pets, and celebrations (please check with hosts).
