It has a spacious outdoor green area, with a large swimming pool with safe access for children. Around the pool you will find a green and well-kept environment, with hammocks and a barbecue area with tables and chairs.

The Space:
This beautiful villa offers stunning views in the middle of a natural environment and is located just 15 km from the beach. On its spacious outdoor grounds, you can enjoy an oasis of greenery with a generous swimming pool, designed with children's safety in mind. The area around the pool is lushly landscaped and has sun loungers as well as a barbecue corner equipped with tables and chairs.

The interior of the house radiates light and comfort. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all essential appliances such as oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and electric coffee maker. In the same area, you will find a table and chairs to enjoy your meals in comfort. The living room offers a large sofa, table and chairs, as well as a flat screen television.

The villa has three bedrooms: two of them are furnished with 180 cm King size beds, while the third has a single bed and a bunk bed for two people. Additionally, a crib is available for families who need it.
