Its was good.what i didn’t like was, thers no toiletries. You will have to asked before they will give you. Theres no plugs inside the bathroom for hair straightening.

The property was excellent for the price. The room was very large (we had 2 bedrooms and a common space). The buffet breakfast was cheap and had good food options. The location is a little bit out of the way, but we walked to the tourist sites on the peninsula (ie Ruins of Saint Paul's) and used the Sands Macau Casino bus (located across the road) to travel to Cotai.

We stay in many same or better Star-rating hotels. This, by far, the worst service providing hotel. Asked for writing pad, we were given 2 sheets initially, and they refused to top up. Their hot water isn’t working in one of the restroom in our suite. We have b’fast option and at cook-station, I order egg-white omelette, I was served whole egg omelet. When order dumpling, I was told that I collected a bowl. Can’t I get more than 1 bowl?? Not a good experience.

We were staying at Harborview Hotel Macau from 28/4 - 02/5/2025. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty (Victorian interior design ) clean, neat and tidy.We used Casino's shuttle bus to get on point to point. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.
