A estadia foi excelente. O quarto estava sempre organizado e com as toalhas substituídas quando solicitado. Sabonetes e shampoos sempre disponíveis para uso. O café da manhã também atendeu as expectativas, a tapioca preparada na hora estava excelente. Como sugestão deixaria apenas rever o suco de uva utilizado na máquina e a reposição dos pães que acabavam rápido.

Ótima experiência em Maceió

Tivemos ótima experiência durante uma semana em Maceió. Quarto limpo quando chegamos, e sempre após cada limpeza. Áreas comuns do hotel sempre limpas e organizadas. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. Funcionários receptivos e agradáveis. Chuveiro do quarto muito bom. Isolamento acústico muito bom. Ideal para quem vai se hospedar sem veículo próprio, pois é próximo à praia e ao movimento noturno.

Boa estadia, o que ficou a desejar foi apenas a limpeza do quarto. Ao chegar considero, como fiquei 5 noites solicitei limpeza no quarto, ai sim fiquei insatisfeita principalmente a limpeza do banheiro, percebi que foi feito nas duas solicitações o superficial arrumação da cama e retirada do lixo, mas limpeza de fato nao foi feito.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, o pessoal da recepção muito gentil e educado, os funcionários super prestativo e atencioso. A localização é perfeita. Super indico e recomendo. A piscina parece grande, mas é pequena, para nós foi indiferente pois não tivemos tempo de usar.

ntos Negativos : 1- Recepcionista mulher poderia ser mais gentil e simpática para a função ( falo da mais “fortinha” para ser melhor identificado). A mesma parece que trabalha desanimada, insatisfeita e acaba passando isso no comportamento. A recepcionista “moreninha/magrinha” muito simpática, meiga e gentil 👏, os rapazes também todos educados e gentis . 2- Estacionamento é um ponto extremamente negativo para o hotel. Apenas 3 vagas e nenhuma outra alternativa para os clientes . A rua tem vários comércios e consequentemente espaços proibidos para estacionar , inclusive, a rua de noite é ponto de consumo de viciados em drogas nas proximidades do hotel. 3- Jacuzzi divulgada nas plataformas de reserva não funciona e pelo que parece já a algum tempo, pois vi diversas reclamações de semanas/meses anteriores pelo mesmo motivo do não funcionamento da mesma . Pontos Positivos: 1- Excelente café da manhã 👏. 2- Quartos confortáveis 👏. 3- Recepcionistas ( fora a que eu citei acima) muito gentis e prestativos, além das camareiras e moça da cozinha 👏. 4- Localização muito boa 👏. Voltaria a me hospedar no Amenit? Talvez não pela questão do estacionamento. Tenho um carro do qual prezo pelo bem , e além de ficar exposto na rua sem nenhum monitoramento, tem um agravante dos usuários de drogas que todas as noites ficam perambulando nas proximidades do hotel, que além de dar uma sensação de insegurança, fiquei desconfiado de ter uma avaria no meu veículo.
