Retornei ao hotel por tê-lo adorado quando fui pela primeira vez em 2025. Além de ser muito bem localizado, é bastante agradável. Os quartos são confortáveis e o restaurante é exemplar: o buffet servido é espetacular. O ponto alto do hotel, porém, são os funcionários, sejam da recepção, garçons ou camareiras: todos são atenciosos, educados e muito gentis. Isso é um grande diferencial. O gerente GINALDO conversa com os hóspedes, durante a estadia, para saber como está sendo a experiência, e isso faz toda a diferença. O staff de hotelaria e o gerente têm o hábito de deixar mensagens aos hóspedes, em agradecimento, o que torna a estadia ainda mais completa. No ano passado, no meu aniversário, tive a surpresa de receber um bolo no quarto. Desta vez, encontrei chocolates e mensagens amistosas. Não há preço que pague essa gentileza. Parabéns a todos!

Que hotel incrivel, fomos muito bem recepcionados!! Minha bebê ia fazer 1 ano no dia seguinte que chegamos, pedi um bolo a noite pro parabéns no dia seguinte e eles conseguiram fazer uma mini torta, a tarde levaram outro bolo no quarto pra cantarmos parabéns, que recepção incrivel!! Tem um moça que fica na porta do café da manhã, um amor de pessoa!! Uma alegria e um sorriso incrivel!! Eu amei demais e voltaria 1000 vezes.
