Café excelente, cama maravilhosa e equipe muito educada. Foram gentis na recepção mesmo quando descobri que reservei errado para apenas 1 quando eramos 2 pessoas. No Café ofereciam tapioca. Os corredores precisam ser arejados para um cheirinho de molhado, mesmo de leve, sair. O estacionamento subsolo não é para qualquer motorista, pois as vagas são apertas e cheias de colunas.

A princípio nós deram um quarto em uma localização ruim com cheiro de mofo no corredor e no quarto,reclamei nos trocaram de quarto porém o espelho do banheiro estava todo manchado praticamente inteiro de resto estava tudo ok!! Quanto a limpeza o quarto estava boa. O hotel estava lotado, mas os serviços de limpeza, academia e piscina estavam a contento. O espaço do quarto achei pequeno, ou melhor, mal dividido, mas o hotel é muito bem localizado, café da manhã variado. Porém o cheiro do corredor do 5º andar estava muito ruim, como tem pouca ventilação estava com um cheio de mofo no corredor. O hotel é um bom custo x benefício principalmente pela localização.

TV hat wegen Mängel im Wifi praktisch nie richtig funktioniert; Frühstück sehr einfach und 4 von 6 Mal war die Milch ausgegangen, worauf wir auf Nachschub warten mussten; wenig Platz für Frühstücksgäste, da die gebrauchten Tische mit grosser Verzögerung gereinigt wurden; für im Hotel gebuchte Ausflüge musste man oft zwischen 6 und 7 Uhr zur Abholung bereitstehen, was dazu führte, dass Morgens um 6 Uhr das halbe Hotel Schlange stand (viele Aüsflügler), da Frühstück erst ab 6 Uhr serviert wurde. Vorschlag: Frühstück früher öffnen.
