We asked about the VIP benefit when we checked in and received nothing. The staff were very good otherwise. The room was in ok condition, and it was not sound proof at all as we heard noise from all the rooms around us - TV noise, people talking, etc…The breakfast was very good, the location of the hotel was excellent, and the views from our room were also amazing.

O hotel tem uma boa localização; apartamentos bons; equipe de funcionários educados e prestativos; café da manhã com boa diversidade, alimentos frescos e equipe da cozinha que preparam na hora omeletes e tapiocas tops! A unica coisa desagradável que achei foi a questão da garagem que no site na compra da diária do quarto informa que é gratuito sem manobrista mas nas informações complementares do hotel informa que tem que pagar 30 reias por dia se quiser estacionar o carro na garagem do subsolo. Acho que o site deveria informar antes.
