Uma decepção

* Há uma mini cozinha montada nos apartamentos, no entanto não há nenhum item de cozinha disponível, nem copo. Hoteis que sequer têm cozinhas disponibilizam ao menos de copos no quarto. * A recreação infantil não existe. Não há nenhuma atividade voltada para crianças, sobretudo em dias de chuva. Os monitores ficam parados olhando as crianças e não fazem nenhuma proposta de brincadeira, não interagem. * Impossível fazer uma refeição tranquila no restaurante do hotel * O serviço de quarto não oferece um café da manhã no quarto com preço a la carte, isso tem em qualquer hotel simples por aí, não entendi o motivo de não existir opções de café da manhã para servir no quarto (mesmo que paga a parte). Se tivesse, eu teria optado pelo café da manhã no quarto todos os dias só para evitar aquele povo se atropelando em volta da mesa do buffet. * Os itens de higiene oferecidos são terríveis e sequer são repostos * O hotel não tinha cobertor disponível, precisei de cobertor e me informaram que não tinham por conta da chuva e do frio que havia feito nos ultimos dias. De acordo com a pessoa que me atendeu no telefone do hotel, todos os cobertores estavam com mal cheiro. Como pode um local se vender como resort e sequer oferecer cobertor para dias frios? * O péssimo restaurante do hotel cobra R$ 88,00 a rolha do vinho. Parece piada. Nem no restaurante mais caro de São Paulo paga-se R$ 88,00 por uma rolha. * Os carrinhos que levam os hóspedes para a praia demoram mais de 30 min para passar.

Não vale a pena! Péssima experiência!

Hotel com uma proposta interessante, mas deixa muito a desejar em vários aspectos. O principal deles é a alimentação. Custo benefício não vale a pena. Comida simples e sem opções para 93 reais por pessoa. Opções de sobremesa nem se fala. Praia ruim e pouco espaço para ficar. Descuido do hotel com o conforto do hóspede é perceptível. Logo no primeiro dia, fezes de animal na praia e ninguém do hotel teve a iniciativa de limpar. Tive que pedir para acionarem a limpeza para virem até a praia para remover as fezes e detalhe com crianças brincando no água. Tive que cancelar antes do final do período e mudei os planos da viagem totalmente. A área da piscina é pequena para o tamanho do hotel. Na verdade parece mais um condomínio que contratou alguém para administrar e que não sabe de nada de hotelaria. Péssima experiência

Reclamação sobre estadia no Resort Ipioca

Gostaria de resumir a minha experiência em uma frase: "Estive em um resort, mas tive a experiência de um hotel mediano." Abaixo, detalho os principais pontos que justificam essa afirmação: * Check-in e recepção: Atendimento ok, sem problemas. * Quarto: Muito bom. Estrutura nova, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Começamos bem a estadia. * Estrutura física e espaço: Realmente impressionantes e tudo muito novo. Porém, alguns detalhes chamam bastante atenção, especialmente para quem está com crianças pequenas: * O parquinho infantil, apesar de contar com piso emborrachado, apresentava problemas de manutenção. Um dos exemplos foi uma lona com a ponta solta, que com o vento forte chicoteava e oferecia risco às crianças. * A fita de slackline estava com a trava no meio do percurso, com os dentes metálicos virados para cima, podendo facilmente causar um acidente. * São detalhes simples, que com uma gestão mais atenta poderiam ser resolvidos rapidamente, em poucas horas. * Jantar: Foi o momento em que a "experiência de resort" começou a ruir. * Na abertura do restaurante, havia desorganização: a disposição dos alimentos não deixava claro o fluxo de atendimento e faltava alguém do hotel para orientar os hóspedes, o que, somado à falta de educação de alguns, gerava um verdadeiro caos. * Quanto à comida, foi decepcionante: arroz duro, alimentos sem tempero, poucas opções de sobremesa e potinhos de um creme de textura

O banheiro estava cheio de cabelo no Box, solicitei que trocassem as toalhas não trocaram. Lençol sujo. Cheio de pernilongos! Péssima experiência! O pior, era presente para um casal de amigos que haviam se casado! Lastimável!
