SENSACIONAL!!!

O apartamento atendeu perfeitamente as nossas expectativas. Edifício tranquilo, seguro, bem ventilado, muito bem localizado e com muitas opções p/ lazer e alimentação sem necessidade de utilizar carro. Tv a cabo com todos os canais de nosso interesse, inclusive esportes. Excelente comunicação com o proprietário e nesse período não ocorreu nenhuma intercorrência ou imprevisto. Ah… ar condicionado split silencioso e com manutenção atualizada. Muito obrigada Alexandre … com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar nesse apartamento.

Localização perfeita

Imovel atende bem para 3 a 4 pessoas. O melhor de tudo é a estrutura do condomínio, segurança do local e a localização, pode-se fazer maioria das coisas a pé.

Ótima localização, vista panorâmica parcial a orla de jatiúca, O bem imóvel está de parabéns pela cozinha completa, apt° limpo, área de lazer completa, acessibilidade restrita aos ocupantes do condomínio JTR a praia, todos os porteiros do edifício são bastante educados. Quantos aos pontos negativos; sugiro que providencie apenas o sistema de arrefecimento nos elevadores, principalmente no Elev/Social.

As acomodações são ótimas, o apartamento é bem localizado, muito funcional e possui um bom aparato de utensílios que dão conforto na estadia, sentimos falta de uma TV no quarto, pois quando utilizado o sofá cama, e ele era utilizado todos os dias, ficava muito ruim de assistir TV, aliás, o apartamento não é muito confortável para um 4o ocupante, para usar o sofá cama, como cama mesmo, tivemos que utilizar o colchão auxiliar, no colchão do próprio sofá cama era impossível de ter uma noite de sono confortável, que bom que fomos só 3 pessoas, uma quarta pessoa não seria acolhida adequadamente.
