É muito ruim.

É um prédio aparentemente antigo com necessidades de manutenção o banheiro é muito ruim, a recepção é muito escura o café da manhã bem precário. Estacionamento e pago, o quarto não tem cobertor, no geral eu n recomendo.

Decepcionante

Decepcionante. Ao chegarmos nos colocaram num quarto diferente do que escolhemos, quarto pequeno e extremamente apertado, no banheiro o chuveiro quase não caia água pra tomar banho, não tinha toalhas no quarto tivemos que pedir na recepção. Só nos trocaram de quarto no dia seguinte. O café da manhã é péssimo não tem variedades, todos os dias repete a mesma coisa, as frutas estragadas ou verdes demais, tudo mal feito e sem gosto. Não cheguei a entrar na piscina pois estava tão suja que chega tinha bicho dentro, hotel em péssimas condições. Tinha baratinhas andando nas mesas onde os hóspedes tomam café da manhã. Gostei apenas do atendimento dos funcionários em especial a Cris que foram muito prestativos e simpáticos. Mas não retornarei e nem indico este hotel pois não valeu a pena.

Para ficar ruim, tem de melhorar muito

Na acomodação que eu e minha família ficamos, o frigobar estava com cheiro carne podre, toda vez que abríamos a porta desse frigobar. Infelizmente na acomodação não foi a melhor experiência que tivemos, nesses anos todos que viajamos em família. Vários hóspedes reclamando com a gerência desse hotel sobre vários assuntos desagradáveis que aconteceram durante nossa estadia.

Para quem busca conforto este hotel não é indicado. Cama do quarto triplo com a madeira quebrada, fazia barulho a noite inteira conforme minha filha mexia, a solução foi colocar o colchão no chão. Café da manhã só tinha o básico, e mesmo assim aproveitavam a sobra anterior para colocar na mesa, cheguei a pegar presunto babado e rosquinha azeda. Enquanto estivemos hospedados, percebemos que o proprietário esta investindo na parte externa próximo a piscina e esta ficando muito legal, porém acho que a prioridade seria investir no conforto dos hóspedes no quarto. A piscina fica mais interditada do que liberada. Para completar a péssima estadia viemos embora sem banho, porque o hotel inteiro ficou sem água na parte da tarde desde as 15h e a previsão de volta seria as 21h, o gerente informou que falta água direto em Maceió e que a bomba da caixa d'água do hotel estava em manutenção em pleno verão, alta temporada.
