All rooms are air-conditioned and full of first-class cupboards, bed and bath linens as well as crockery, cutlery and utensils are of excellent quality. The garden faces the sea, with a coconut tree for shade. We recommend hiring the trusted day laborer for home maintenance and ease of domestic service. But this is just a suggestion. Who chooses is the customer. In this case, I recommend the caretaker himself, who only stays in the house if the guests wish. Otherwise, he only greets guests, shows everything as it works, and then only returns on check-out day to check the house and receive keys. Maceió center is a 30-minute drive away. The region has grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, gas stations and hotels. The best shopping mall in Maceio is a 20-25 minute drive. There are first-line cinema, a supermarket, restaurants and shops.
