Staff very friendly. Parking was tight and not much available. Some facilities like the gym weren’t available as the hotel was being remodeled. Location very good. Great breakfast. Definitely would come back!!

The property was clean, and the room was very large. The shower water was so good, bed was new, big tv a big plus, cause most Brazilian Hotel has small tvs, and finally the price, I stayed in other hotels in the area, and this hotel has more quality than other big hotels name, believe me.

Great place - accommodating service

Great value for family of four adults. Very clean and friendly staff. After we notified the staff of allergies we were experiencing, they cleaned the whole room with alcohol and change the mattress.

Excelente acomodação! Quarto gigante! Tão grande que há 2 splits! Camas super confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, móveis novos e funcionais, frigobar abastecido, possui varanda ampla. Banheiro pequeno, mas com box grande e boa pressão de água. A pia fica fora do banheiro, com bancada espaçosa, espelho grande, separada da cama por uma parede de vidro opaco. Iluminação do quarto é excelente. Tem uma bancada de trabalho grande e muito lugar no armário sem portas. O café da manhã é bom, honesto. A tapioca feita na hora é excelente! O melhor do buffet. O único porém fica por conta do isolamento acústico para os barulhos da rua. O pessoal da recepção foi muito simpático. A piscina é muito agradável, mas falta uma iluminação mínima. Pretendo voltar a passeio!!!

A estadia foi em uma suite. Gostamos da acomodação. Durante toda a estadia, demandas simples como transformador de voltagem e chamada de taxi não puderam ser atendidas. Recomendo que façam parceria com uma das academias no entorno, pois a instalação de atividade fisica não está bem equipada. Alguns funcionários se desdobram para suprir falhas de reposição no café da manhã.
