Um hotel surpreendente, pelo lado positivo. Ótimo café da manhã, um quarto grande, bom banheiro, tudo bem limpo. Estacionamento com boa quantidade de vagas. Serviço de quarto sempre impecável, camareira Luciana é excepcional, muito atenciosa e caprichosa, sempre deixando um recadinho carinhoso e uma artista com as toalhas. Café da manhã mediano, recepção sempre com atendimento educado. Hotel bem localizado, fomos em Dezembro, hotel lotado e o elevador grande estragado, somente 2 pequenos funcionado e é sempre com fila aguardando, acabamos utilizando mais as escadas, e hotel com 11 andares fica complicado. Após alguns dias resolveram o elevador maior e ficou mais tranquilo. No geral um hotel com bom custo benefício.
