The Vallée du Tenu gîte is a former farmhouse, fully renovated in 2025. Semi-detached on one side, it is situated in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by greenery and close to a horse boarding facility offering a tranquil and secure environment.

Its location allows for easy access to numerous nearby attractions: 9 km from the train stations of Ste Pazanne or Machecoul, and from Planète Sauvage wildlife park; 25 km from the beaches; 35 km from Nantes; and 40 km from the island of Noirmoutier.

Private parking is available in front of the gîte.

The 45 m² south-facing terrace overlooks the countryside and a 500 m² unfenced garden.

Ground floor: living/dining room, open-plan kitchen with dining area, utility/laundry room (with tumble dryer), and separate WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: queen-size bed (160x200cm) with ensuite shower room, 2-3: two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined together), office area, 1 shower room, and 1 separate WC.
Included amenities: Wi-Fi (currently being installed), baby cot/high chair/baby bath/stair gate, tumble dryer, and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: electricity, geothermal heating, bed linen, and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€75) and tourist tax.
Pets are not allowed.
