This delightful 55 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is accessible by stairs, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.

As you enter, you'll find open-plan living and kitchen areas. The living space features a sitting area (with a sofa bed) where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a microwave, an oven and a cooking plate. There is also a washing machine available.

The bedroom includes a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can also enjoy the lovely terrace, which provides fresh air and sunlight.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Located in eastern Madeira, the property offers a blend of natural beauty and historical charm. Surrounded by lush hillsides and the Atlantic Ocean, this area provides stunning views of both mountainous landscapes and the coast. Nearby walking trails are ideal for those who enjoy Madeira’s unique flora and fauna, and just a short drive away, Praia de Machico—a rare golden sand beach—offers a tranquil spot for relaxation. For more adventurous activities, the nearby rocky shores are perfect for snorkelling and exploring marine life.

Machico is one of Madeira’s most historic towns, home to landmarks like the 15th-century Capela dos Milagres (Chapel of Miracles) and the 17th-century Forte de Nossa Senhora do Amparo. These sites provide a glimpse into the island’s rich heritage, including the story of Madeira’s first Portuguese settlers. Machico’s town centre is also close by, featuring a variety of restaurants where visitors can enjoy local Madeiran dishes like “espetada” (grilled skewers) and “bolo do caco” (local flatbread), often paired with ocean views.

Conveniently, the property is well-connected to Madeira’s main roadways, with the Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport just a 10-minute drive away. Public transport options make it easy to explore other parts of the island, including Funchal, ensuring that this location provides a balanced Madeiran experience—combining natural beauty, cultural history, and modern accessibility.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station is in front of the house - bus 113.

Madeira Airport is a 7-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
