This place has a very convenient location. Walking distance from plenty restaurant options, the train and bus stations. Staff were very nice but not well informed about stuff around the area. WIFI was terrible and hot water wasn’t an option.

Nice location on top of a hill so plan to trek every time you go out and come back to your room. I had room on 5th floor with great view. No full length mirror, safe, or safety lock on door. Would not stay again for those three reasons.

It was a comfortable stay only thing needs improvement is the bathroom. Shower area is not adequately build with soap & shampoo holder. Other than that everything was good. Moreover we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff were friendly and cooperative.

Good location, clean room

I stayed just one night at the hotel before heading to Machu Picchu the next morning. The location was excellent, and the room was clean. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. I’d recommend this hotel for budget travelers.
