It was a great stay right from the start! It was right by the ferry and the service was impeccable the second we walked off the ferry! It was located right in the downtown area, so everything was right there and we could easily stop in anytime we needed! We had a waterfront room…really enjoyed the trip! Definitely recommend!!!

Outstanding customer service and an incredibly friendly team! I accidentally left my phone at the hotel after leaving the island, but when I called, the staff quickly located it, packaged it with care, and sent it to me on the next ferry to the mainland. Nice stay. The luggage service was the hero of this stay. Very nice that they send it ahead for you. The room we had was nice, but the mattress seemed older and the room was a little basic. Location was excellent though.

This property is right next to the ferry entrance. It is super convenient for accessing restaurants and shops, but if you're looking for a quiet stay it's not your place. We enjoyed the room and the surroundings. The room was clean and attendants addressed our questions/requests quickly.
