The photo shown on this page is not at all the rooms we were assigned. First room did not have queen ann furniture, and elegant. It was old outdated and the room smelled of putrid animal urine. It was so nasty. Everything about this place was outdated. We picked this place for the hot tub, pool and breakfast, and nice room. We didn't get any of what was advertised on this website.

Not bad for what we paid, only thing is found hair in our bed that didn’t belong to us. and the pool room was really bad with chlorine but other than that i would stay again.

The property was not as described. The room needs a makeover the jacuzzi faucet was leaky and there was an odor to the room. The pool and public hot tub were in need of a deep clean. The overall stay was fine.

Overall it was good. Nice view, nice towels, not enough washcloths and only 1 day of coffee, but i did not call room service.The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was unappealing. Exterior upkeep was lacking. I was charged correctly as booked.

Enjoyed the hot tub, but the light above didnt work. One of the other lights was out in the entryway and trim molding was coming off in spots. You can tell the room hasnt been updated in decades but has been kept in fairly good shape.

Beware bed bugs! Don’t stay here!

Bed bugs!!!! Beware! My kids were bit by bed bugs while staying here. Absolutely disgusting. Hotel is not clean, everything is run down, old and disappointing. They should be ashamed of themselves! Pool was freezing, breakfast was bizarre, breakfast room upstairs covered in dust. The whole place looked like a haunted house. Cobwebs everywhere.

Our room made up for everything else! We had a lakefront room and the sunrise was way worth the price. Breakfast was a bonus, right next to Arnold ferry, and close to the shops!
