DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! IT IS FULL OF COCKROACHES! We arrived and we automatically saw cockroaches walking around in the room and in the lobby! We weren't going to stay. We tried to ask for a refund but the Hotel doesn't want to give the refund even though we didnt stay. If the hotel was clean, we would have stayed the night. But honestly this is the worst hotel I have ever stepped into.

We went to Warner Robins for a family reunion. We chose this hotel because it had good reviews and a good price. When we arrived, everything was fine. But that night, our room was full of bed bugs, and not only that, I was bitten all over, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Around 12:30 AM, I called the front desk, and they moved us to another room. That was terrible; it was cold and windy, and we had to move all our belongings to another room on the opposite side of the hotel. They didn't even send anyone to help us with our luggage. The next morning, I noticed that the room was being cleaned, but I didn't see any sign of it being fumigated. Anyway, by the afternoon, they already had other people in the room that had the bed bugs. At the end of our weekend stay, at check-out, they offered us a discount for what had happened, which we didn't think was reasonable, but we accepted it. This was the week of October 9th to 12th, 2025, and we still haven't received any refund whatsoever.

The is not new, but it was clean. Room was clean, with a strange odor that at the beginning I thought it was smoke. As I said, the the room was old, but clean. The pool is beautiful as well as the breakfast with a very helpful lady. I do recommend it

The staff we met (check-in, Breakfast host, guy cleaning around the property) were so friendly and amazing. The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and you could tell that they were making updates to the property. We actually already have another trip booked here, we enjoyed it so much!
