I checked in to this hotel on 12/06/2025. When you approach the hotel, it looks great on the outside. The lobby looks great as well. But my room told a different story. I typically travel with cleaning products because post COVID, I find hotels don’t have the staff to do adequate cleaning. My bathroom had mold and mildew around the tub area which could easy be cleared up with mildew cleaner. Also, there was dried blood (or I hate to know what it was previously) on the bathroom walls that I cleaned myself. The bathroom floor was so dirty that just wiping up extra water from floor, there was so much dirt on the towel. How long has it been since it was cleaned the floor? A lot of paint and patch work on walls. Breakfast items were low quality. I just gave up. Please note that I can survive in the worst scenarios. Last, I purchased food items from the pantry/store. The frozen meals were stuck to shelf floor of freezer that when you pull it up, whatever (red in color) was there previously caused me to yank up the frozen meals. I ended up getting a hot pocket because it looked safe. I also purchased an apple pie desert. When I bit into, I gagged. I looked at the expiration date it showed 12/2023. That was 2 years ago. I went to front desk to report it and get refund, unfortunately staff didn’t know how to refund me. So I have to make a call today. In any case, I checked out early. What I ascertained is that this hotel doesn’t really do basic quality control.

The Stay was exceptional but it could have been better. There were small bugs(love bugs) all over the wall & ceiling. Otherwise the bed was comfy & clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Just get RID of the BUGS!! #PERIODTT
