The room was clean. Surprisingly, it wasn't noisy like we expected it to be; it was near a main road. Super friendly front desk clerk. Fast, easy check in/check out. Good breakfast.

The staff super friendly and tries, but are powerless. The room was dirty Shower had no hot water and faucet just spun in circles. Toilet handle falling off had to take lid off to flush. Area nice but hotel rooms are the worst I have seen in a red roof inn

We travel several times a year from Canada to Florida, and we ALWAYS stop at Red Roof Macon. It’s our go to now, after a few disastrous choices in the past. Prices are awesome… greeted with the smell of clean and freshly bleached linens and towels, beds that are comfy and you can actually get in, little touches in the room that are just right. Great water pressure and everything in the room works. It’s obvious they have made efforts to keep the building and rooms updated. And when our dog comes, she is welcome too, without a crazy fee attached! Staff is friendly and we always leave feeling refreshed and ready for the second leg of our journey. Thank you for your dependability, Red Roof!
