At check-in in we were given the wrong room key. So we had to haul all of our stuff back down to another floor. The front desk staff seemed confused. At breakfast, it seemed to be understaffed. The poor young lady preparing and serving the food was also running the front desk as people were checking out. She was overwhelmed. The food was cold and overcooked.

The service was great-very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. The window has a black-out rolling shade so you can control the light coming in. We slept great!

The entire place was very clean and nicely decorated. The ladies at the front desk were not only extremely helpful, but remembered my name and details I mentioned in passing, The rooms smelled faintly of essential oils, not antiseptic or pine, but were very clean. Over-all, an excellent experience.
