Great place with the view of Pico, vines and sea. Very nice owners. Family runs the hotel with attention and kindness. I recommend.

L'unica cosa all'altezza era il servizio navetta offerto da Tiago. L'organizzazione era a dir poco improvvisata. Le pulizie vengono fatte nel pomeriggio anche se sei in camera a riposare. Colazione con poca scelta e disorganizzata. Il bagno emana costantemente puzza di fogna (probabilmente dallo scarico della doccia). Se alloggi al piano terra il rumore è pressoché costante. La reception non è realmente aperta 24h.

We arrived 30min after check-in time and waited for 30min to check in because there was nobody there to let us in the rooms. We had to call two different numbers to reach anyone (waiting for that huge bill!), and the staff was extremely rude about this. The bed was hard, breakfast nonexistent, and the ”room with view” had no view at all. I tried to reach out to the staff before our trip and during, but they don’t respond in any platform (email, social media) than by phone. Wouldn’t stay there again
