For shared use: terraced garden with lawn. In the house: central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, bus stop 350 m. Chair lift, ski rental 400 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 44 km. Hiking paths: Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, Val Febbraro. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
