Fantastic location, few minutes walk to the masjid. Excellent breakfast, very friendly and accommodating reception. Generally everyone we spoke to were helpful and friendly. Room was tasteful,well decorated, Morden and clean. Water, tea, coffee were provided as well as bathroom supplies including soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Also a toothbrush with a tiny toothpaste and shaving kit. Bathrobe and slippers were provided. Interestingly we only had 1 dental kit, one slippers and one bathrobe, but we loved it so much in there that didn’t mind it at all.There is a kettle in the room and hairdryer in the bathroom. Also there is a retractable drying line in the bathroom should you wish to wash anything. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic overall experience in Medina close the the mosque.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully set up, and the breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and full of variety. While the fold-out bed was a little firm, the amazing location close to Masjid Nabwi and view of the Green Dome more than made up for it. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would happily stay again and highly recommend.

The hotel is perfectly located with great access to The Prophet's Mosque, dining options and shops. What stood out most was how accommodating and welcoming the reception staff were. We arrived a little earlier than expected for our check in time after an overnight flight. However they did everything they could to provide us with a room and check in early so that we could freshen up and make the most of our first day. The room was perfect and kept to a really high standard. Overall a very good experience staying here and we will definitely return to this hotel when we come back to visit Medinah.

Really good hotel, friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. The partial haram view is a very small view. However it was refreshing after a bad experience at the address Makkah. Breakfast was excellent. Location wise it’s far for ladies and people with walking issues as they block the area off in the mosque.
