I am very pleased staying there four days . Ayman food and beverage manager., said restaurant manager housekeeping at the great art one is the best housekeeping person Wasim . next time if I wanna stay, I will choose this hotel again and I am highly recommended if someone go to their stay that hotel.

The hotel site says 7 minutes walk to Ka’aba. That is a lie. It is 13 minutes drive to Haram. I brought this up with the receptionist. They didn’t seem to care. If you are going to Umrah avoid this place
