Very clean property and spacious rooms. Staff on the ground floor are really helpful especially Saim. Only issues I had is that most of the bidet showers were broken and leaking due to low quality fixings. Internet was a little intermittent and was not stable. Plenty of shops and food places (inc McDonald’s) within a 5 min walking distance. The drive to the Haram is no more than 10-15 minutes purely due to the excessive roadworks taking place in and around the Masjid E Nabawi. Overall great stay and would recommend.
