In da Room AC not work..I Live in da 5 person but I give 1 Twal..I live in da Room 5 night no change da Bed sheets.. Blanket is Very Little & not clean..over hall all Room is not Good

very well priced especially at the busiest period. Offer free transport to the Prophets mosque 5 times a day- back and forth. Helpfull staff- very speedy check in - no messing about.. Defo 5 star service for the price.. excellent

When I went with the family then we didn’t get the room in this hotel. They were overbooked and they transferred to other hotel nearby which was in very bad condition. I saw one cockroach on the floor complained to management and person came and put chemical behind bed. Then I saw few more cockroaches. No table in the room. Fridge was outside the washroom near sink. Fridge was so dirty. Bad experience

Receptionist was arguing with another customer rather than dealing with the situation professionally, fridge smell like raw fish every time you open , no towels provided, transit bus to city centre was some 80’s model with no AC
