Overall our stay was good at Jayden hotel. Fairly close to the Masjid Al Nawabi, 5 mins walk to the courtyard and then on to the masjid interior. The hotel itself was better than expected, staffs were accommodating and friendly, general cleanliness and condition of the hotel, seemed newer except the hotel rooms are tiny. We had a “twin bed” room, and it felt very crammed. Breakfast was standard compared to most hotels in the general vicinity of the area. What stood out for this hotel - was the proximity to the masjid and generally friendly staffs.

My stay at Jayden Hotel in Madina was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the location was perfect for easy access to the holy sites. An excellent relatively new hotel. Everything is modern and super clean. Great bedding and brilliant varied breakfast. Awesome staff. Only criticism would be; the a/c is very noisy and it blows directly on the bed and the room can never maintain a good temperature. Probably because the windows do not shut air tight which also is awful for noise.
