An excellent relatively new hotel. Everything is modern and super clean. Great bedding and brilliant varied breakfast. Awesome staff. Only criticism would be; the a/c is very noisy and it blows directly on the bed and the room can never maintain a good temperature. Probably because the windows do not shut air tight which also is awful for noise.

I don’t know where to begin, but my stay at Jayden Hotel in Madinah was truly wonderful. I stayed for eight nights, and breakfast was included in my booking. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely gesture and a refreshing glass of apple juice. Throughout the stay, the service exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Every member of staff was absolutely amazing — from the reception team and housekeeping to the bellboys and waiters. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable.

One of the best and conveniently located hotels in Madinah near Masjid e Nabwi. Staff were super helpful and welcoming. Abdullah at the front desk was also very welcoming.
