Property undergoing reception area renovation which makes the reception area poorly accessible with construction related dust permeating the entrance. Old, less than clean, carpet in corridors. Rooms are clean and AC is excellent while temp outside runs at 110-120 degrees.

Amazing hotel! Very modern and up to date rooms. Excellent customer service. Let us check in a little early and check out a little late with no extra charge. House keeping and room service was also good. Very closer to the masjid. Lots of food and shopping options close by. Carpets in the hallway are a bit outdated but it looks like they are slowly renovating the entire hotel. Would love to stay here again!!

I had a truly exceptional experience at this property. One of the standout features was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the facility, which made my stay all the more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication and hard work to ensure guests are satisfied did not go unnoticed — they genuinely go above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Another highlight is the property’s prime location, just a short walk from the mosque, which made it incredibly convenient, especially for those visiting for religious purposes. I was also very appreciative of the late check-out they kindly accommodated, showing their flexibility and willingness to work with guests’ individual needs. Overall, this property combines exceptional service, a clean and well-maintained environment, and a perfect location. Stayed three nights and liked it. Masjid An-Nabawi is very close with a short walking distance. Some services and staff were excellent. Of particular, Md. Shahidul Islam of housekeeping was amazing and even though he was always busy, tried best to make me feel home- that I really appreciated. We had a little baby with us and Mr. Shaihidul's cooperation and support made it easy for me, thanks to him. Rubel Mia and Mohammad Rayhan were also very nice, cordial and supportive. Mr. Mozammel at the front desk/concierge was kind to arrange a nice ride for my travel to mecca. I will be happy to return to this hotel, in particular to meet these wonder staff and enjoy their services.
