Do not recommend this property for women. It is in an undeveloped part of town. Rooms were mostly clean, but there were not enough towels. When we asked for more, we got no response. We did not stay the night as we felt unsafe.

I ordered as a hotel, but it was like HMO about 10 to 12 on suites, before reaching to property I received messages how to collect key n get to the room, there was a code on main door which sometimes worked n sometimes didn’t work, had no sign outside for hotel but luckily they sent a collection by text message also cleaner said you room was different but they said by mistake they sent you wrong messages about room number and after staying one day i saw that room was way better than us, how can they mistake like this👎 very expensive for location, shouldn’t be on uk hotels list.

The hotel is nice. It has limited facilities, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is definitely good value for money. There is no sign outside the hotel, so it can be difficult to find. The distance from the Prophet’s (Peace be upon him) Mosque is within walking distance (about 10 minutes), and you can easily perform all your worship activities. The rooms are clean and fresh. Credit goes to the housekeeping staff. Highly recommended.

Nice clean room, perfect for at i needed for the location and price, around a 10/12 min walk to haram, surrounding area abit run down, but you have got supermarket and cheap takeaways 2/3 minutes walk away, i could not fault it for what it had cost me

I’ve stayed at this place before, and their service was excellent. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Haram, but the location is still very convenient. Overall, it offers 5-star–level service and a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is probably the worse deception I’ve experienced booking a hotel on Expedia. The proximity to Haram is totally false. This hotel is minimum 35 mins walk to the Prophets mosque. You Infact have to cross an under full highway bridge. The building is also hidden with no signage whatsoever in the middle of a sketchy looking area. Absolutely do not recommend for anyone who isn’t local to the area

It seems like a small place but very clean and well equipped. Carpets, toilet and beds, everything super clean and a very good value for money. Also, relatively close to Masjid an nabawi ~15min walk. Totally worth it if you want an affortable clean accommodation in Madinah.

the worker he was bice and helfull but was no respect, people slamming the door at 2am or 3 am in the morning, shouting around i had to tell some people to lower theirs voices and they ignored me and carries shouting and slamming doors. no cleaning p4ovided we had to keep asking for towels.. 3 beds obly 2 towels and we had to ask for extra and clean ones.. o ly flgood thing about this plabe and what made go there is obly 10 min from majid and 3 min walk from quba market and old souk
