- Parking: One parking pass is provided for the private parking lot. The parking pass can be found on the dining table upon arrival. The pass must be displayed at all times when parked in the private lot. Vehicles parked without a visible pass may be towed at the owner's expense. Additional street parking is available nearby.
- Laundry: Self-service laundry facilities are available in the upstairs hallway of 1218 Severson Drive.

- No parties or events. Violations will result in a $500 fee
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $250 fee.
Garbage: Bag all trash before disposal. Use the dumpsters located behind the building. Please do not place loose trash in the dumpsters.
Parking Pass Policy: Failure to return the parking pass at checkout will result in a $100 replacement fee.
