I can’t say enough great things about my stay at the Baymont Hotel West in Madison! From the moment I arrived, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Their customer service is truly top-notch, friendly, professional, and always eager to help with a smile. Whether I had a question, needed a recommendation, or just a quick request, the team responded quickly and with genuine kindness. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care deeply about their guests' comfort and experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but it’s the amazing staff that truly made my stay exceptional. Thank you for making my trip to Madison so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Baymont Hotel West to friends and family!

The hotel was nice and served its purpose. It’s located in a great area, too! Gave 4 stars in my review. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the shower curtain was not big enough. This caused water from the shower to not be contained in the tub. Made for a messy floor to clean up. The floor towel was not long enough to catch the water either. Also, most hotels I stay in have USB charging ports in the room. Even if they’re just built into the alarm clock, which is a cheap upgrade. The dog down the hall barked off and on all night. Otherwise very nice stay and great area!

Sheets on one of the beds were DIRTY. The bottom sheet had obviously not been through the wash and there was a large dirty, crusty spot on that and stains on many of the other sheets. Members of my group wanted to use the hot tub and the hot tub was filthy and had grainy debris on the bottom. Beds were small. I travel to Madison frequently and will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Bed was a little soft for me, but was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Downside to the stay was staff member when checking in. When asked if the hot tub was operational he wasn’t sure. Fortunately it was.

This hotel was fine for the price we paid for it. The room was fairly comfortable but the soaps used were cheap. Breakfast had better protein options than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise.

Confusion over Continental breakfast schedule. Most people traveling from other states unfamiliar with the time change. So many guests were waiting for the continental breakfast to arrive at the schedule they were accustomed to. There phones and watches didn’t update for the time.
