The room was great! Had clean white bath towels, bigger than I usually find in other places. Check in was quick and very friendly. The pool was too cold for my teenage Granddaughters but the hot tub was nice for them. Location was great for our shopping, Mall, Burlington, and Ross'. We had an almost perfect stay.

Our room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or eat breakfast but it was a great place for a quick stop on our road trip to get some rest and showers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Easy to get to, right off the highway exit. Would book again if we ever found ourselves back in Madison! Thanks!

This is an older property and the rooms looked a bit tired. The bathroom door was delaminating and there were some odd stains on the walls. One towel was also dirty. The breakfast wasn't very good and they were understaffed. Overall, not a great place stay. There are better choices.

I booked multiple rooms, yet we were 2 floors apart. Wished there was more queen beds rooms available when booking and we are used to being allowed beverages in the pool area, this hotel didn't allow it.

No Such Thing as Non-Smoking Here

Fine enough hotel, but quite over priced for what you get. The room was big, which is great and all. Small couch in a living room type set up. But that is about all the good you can say about the place. Heavy fake air freshener small throughout. Heavy. Way too heavy. The reason for that is because it certainly used to be a smoking friendly establishment. So you get the full smell of heavy air freshener and old cigarettes. The worst part is that I booked. Non-smoking room, but obviously that room has not always been non-smoking. The whole room stunk like cigarettes and there is nothing you can do. Just beware if you’re booking. No such thing as a non-smoking room, and it is just old, stinky, and run down.

It was ok for a 2 night stay but the pillows were smaller than standard size and were uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small with the toilet almost touching the door as you walked in.
